ERTi-1 is a commercially pure titanium (Grade 1) TIG filler rod offering excellent corrosion resistance, superior ductility, and good weldability. It provides high toughness and formability while maintaining strength at moderate temperatures. The weld metal is resistant to oxidizing and mildly reducing environments, including chlorides and seawater.
Applications:
​Ideal for chemical processing equipment, marine components, aerospace structures, and heat exchangers, where lightweight corrosion-resistant welds are required. Commonly used for Grade 1 and Grade 2 titanium base metals.

EN ISO 24034: S Ti 0120 / Ti99,6
ERTi-12 is a titanium alloy filler rod containing small additions of nickel and molybdenum, enhancing corrosion resistance and strength compared to commercially pure grades. It offers excellent resistance to reducing acids, chloride stress corrosion, and crevice corrosion in marine and industrial environments. The weld metal provides good mechanical properties at both ambient and elevated temperatures.
Applications:
Used in aerospace and chemical industries, offshore and marine structures, heat exchangers, and power generation systems, especially where Grade 12 titanium alloys are used for superior corrosion and erosion resistance.

EN ISO 24034: S Ti 3401 / TiNiO,7MoO,3
ERTi-2 is a commercially pure titanium (Grade 2) filler rod designed for GTAW (TIG) and GMAW (MIG) welding applications. It combines excellent corrosion resistance with good strength-to-weight ratio, moderate tensile strength, and outstanding weldability. The weld deposits are clean and ductile with resistance to seawater, acids, and oxidizing chemicals.
Applications:
Widely used in aerospace, marine, power generation, and chemical processing industries for fabrication of tanks, piping, pressure vessels, and heat exchangers made of Grade 2 titanium.
