Nickel Alloy Steel Rod - (GTAW)
INCI ERNi-1
AWS A5.14 ERNi-1
EN ISO 18274 S Ni 2061
ERNi-1 is a commercially pure nickel filler rod designed for GTAW (TIG) welding of Nickel 200 and 201 and for joining these to various ferrous and nonferrous metals. It offers excellent mechanical properties, ductility, and corrosion resistance in caustic, neutral, and reducing environments. The weld deposit is resistant to scaling and oxidation, even at elevated temperatures.
Applications:
Used for chemical processing equipment, caustic soda plants, food handling systems, synthetic fiber production, and marine components requiring corrosion-resistant, ductile welds.
INCI ERNiCu-7
AWS A5.14 ERNiCu-7
EN ISO 18274 S Ni 4060
ERNiCu-7 is a nickel-copper alloy TIG filler rod used for welding Monel 400 and R405 alloys, and for joining these alloys to nickel-copper or carbon steels. It provides excellent resistance to seawater, salt solutions, and steam, along with good mechanical strength and ductility. The weld deposit offers superior toughness and corrosion resistance in marine and chemical environments.
Applications:
Ideal for heat exchangers, desalination equipment, chemical process piping, and marine hardware exposed to saltwater and brine environments.
INCI ERNiCrMo-3
AWS A5.14 ERNiCrMo-3
EN ISO 18274 S Ni 6625
ERNiCrMo-3 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum TIG rod designed for welding Inconel 625, Incoloy 825, and related alloys. It provides outstanding resistance to oxidation, corrosion, and crevice attack in acidic and chloride-rich environments. The weld metal maintains high tensile strength and toughness at elevated temperatures.
Applications:
Commonly used in chemical and petrochemical plants, offshore oil platforms, aerospace components, and nuclear reactors requiring high-temperature corrosion resistance.
INCI ERNiCrMo-4
AWS A5.14 ERNiCrMo-4
EN ISO 18274 S Ni 6276
ERNiCrMo-4 is a nickel-base filler metal designed for welding Hastelloy C-276 and C-22 alloys. The rod provides superior corrosion resistance in oxidizing and reducing media, including wet chlorine, acidic solutions, and strong oxidizers. It ensures crack-free welds with high ductility and excellent weldability.
Applications:
Used in chemical process industries, pollution control systems, acid production units, and paper bleaching plants, where maximum corrosion resistance is required.
INCI ERNiCr-3
AWS A5.14 ERNiCr-3
EN ISO 18274 S Ni 6082
ERNiCr-3 is a nickel-chromium alloy filler rod for welding Inconel 600, 601, 625, and Incoloy 800 series alloys, as well as dissimilar metal joints between nickel alloys and stainless steels. It provides excellent resistance to oxidation, scaling, and carburization at high temperatures. The weld deposit offers sound mechanical properties and thermal stability.
Applications:
Widely used in gas turbines, heat exchangers, power generation, and petrochemical equipment subjected to high-temperature oxidation and thermal cycling.
INCI ERNiFeCi
AWS A5.14 ERNiFeCi
ERNiFeCi is a nickel-iron-chromium filler rod primarily used for welding Inconel Alloy 800, 800H, and 800HT. The weld metal provides excellent oxidation and carburization resistance and good structural stability in high-temperature service. It offers controlled thermal expansion and resistance to stress corrosion cracking.
Applications:
Used in power boilers, heat-treating equipment, petrochemical plants, and furnace components operating under oxidizing and reducing atmospheres.
INCI ERNiCrMo-10
AWS A5.14 ERNiCrMo-10
EN ISO 18274 : S Ni 6022
ERNiCrMo-10 is a high-alloy nickel-chromium-molybdenum TIG filler rod developed for Hastelloy C-22 and C-22HS alloys. It provides superior corrosion resistance in oxidizing, reducing, and mixed chemical environments, including chlorides and sour gases. The weld metal exhibits excellent strength, toughness, and resistance to localized corrosion.
Applications:
Used in chemical reactors, scrubbers, waste treatment plants, and offshore oil and gas systems, where extreme corrosion and temperature resistance are essential.
