Hardfacing Electrodes- (SMAW)

350R

INCI 350R

350R is a medium alloy hardfacing electrode designed to deposit a tough, wear-resistant coating with a hardness of around 350 BHN. It provides good resistance to metal-to-metal wear and moderate impact loading. The weld metal is machinable and crack-resistant.

Applications:

Ideal for build-up and repair of worn parts such as shafts, gears, sprockets, and bearing surfaces, and for use as a buffer layer before higher hardness deposits.

350LH

INCI 350LH

350LH is a low hydrogen, iron-based hardfacing electrode designed for applications requiring toughness with moderate wear resistance. It produces smooth, dense welds with low spatter and excellent slag removal.

Applications:

Used for build-up on structural components, crusher rolls, track pads, and agricultural tools, where both impact and mild abrasion are present.

450R

INCI 450R

450R is a medium alloy, air-hardening type hardfacing electrode depositing a wear-resistant layer of approximately 450 BHN. The coating ensures smooth arc stability and strong bonding to the base metal.

Applications:

Suitable for earthmoving and mining equipment, plowshares, shovel teeth, hammer faces, and other parts subjected to moderate abrasion and impact.

550 R

INCI 550 R

550R is a high chromium alloy hardfacing electrode that deposits a tough, abrasion-resistant weld metal with a hardness of around 550 BHN. It provides excellent resistance to severe sliding and mineral abrasion under moderate impact.

Applications:

Ideal for crusher hammers, excavator buckets, mixer blades, mill hammers, and agricultural tillage tools exposed to severe wear.

550 LH

INCI 550 LH

550LH is a low hydrogen, high hardness electrode designed for superior abrasion and moderate impact resistance. The deposited metal retains hardness even under elevated temperatures.

Applications:

Used for conveyor screws, cement mixer parts, grinding jaws, crusher rolls, and dredger components operating under abrasive conditions.

650 R

INCI 650 R

650R is a high chromium carbide alloy electrode that produces a hard, wear-resistant surface with a hardness of approximately 650 BHN. It offers exceptional resistance to severe abrasive wear and mild impact.

Applications:

Suitable for chutes, crusher liners, excavator teeth, coal and cement industry components, and grinding tools where maximum abrasion resistance is required.

650 LH

INCI 650 LH

650LH is a low hydrogen, high alloy electrode that provides superior wear resistance with a deposit hardness of about 650 BHN. It ensures excellent bonding, low spatter, and smooth bead finish.

Applications:

Ideal for sugar mill rollers, mining equipment, cement kiln components, and high-wear surfaces subjected to intense abrasion and heat.
