E 307 T1-1

INCI 307
AWS/SFA A5.22 E 307 T1-1

E307T1-1 is a flux-cored, gas-shielded stainless steel wire designed for welding dissimilar steels, such as joining stainless steel to mild or low alloy steels. It produces a tough, crack-resistant weld deposit with excellent strength and corrosion resistance. The wire delivers a stable arc, smooth bead appearance, and easy slag removal, suitable for both flat and horizontal positions using COâ‚‚ or Ar+COâ‚‚ shielding gas.

Applications:

E307T1-1 is used for welding dissimilar joints, buffer layers, and hard-to-weld steels, commonly found in repair work, maintenance welding, and fabrication of chemical equipment and industrial structures exposed to moderate corrosion and impact.

E 308 T1-1

AWS/SFA A5.22 E 308 T1-1

E308T1-1 is a flux-cored wire designed for welding Type 304 and 304L stainless steels. It offers excellent arc stability, low spatter, and smooth, shiny bead appearance with easy slag detachability. The deposited weld metal exhibits good corrosion and oxidation resistance and maintains ductility and toughness even under thermal cycling conditions.

Applications:

E308T1-1 is primarily used for fabrication and repair of 18Cr-8Ni stainless steels, such as tanks, piping, chemical processing equipment, and kitchen or architectural structures, where high corrosion resistance and aesthetic bead finish are required.

E 308 L T1-1

INCI 308L
AWS/SFA A5.22 E 308 L T1-1

E308L T1-1 is a low-carbon flux-cored stainless wire designed for welding Type 304L and similar stainless steels. The low carbon content reduces the risk of carbide precipitation, ensuring excellent intergranular corrosion resistance. It produces smooth, bright welds with low spatter and minimal fume generation.

Applications:

E308L T1-1 is suitable for welding low-carbon austenitic stainless steel structures such as pressure vessels, dairy equipment, brewery tanks, and food processing plants, where corrosion resistance and cleanliness are essential.

INCI 309L

E 309 L T1-1

AWS/SFA A5.22 E 308 L T1-1

E309L T1-1 is designed for welding Type 309L stainless steel and for joining dissimilar metals, such as stainless steel to carbon or low alloy steel. The low carbon content improves resistance to intergranular corrosion and ensures high-quality weld deposits with excellent toughness and strength.

Applications:

E309L T1-1 is widely used in transition joints, buffer layers, and clad steels, as well as in chemical plant construction, power generation equipment, and repair of mixed-metal assemblies exposed to moderate heat and corrosion.

E 309 LMo T1-1

INCI 309LMo
AWS/SFA A5.22 E 309 LMo T1-1

E309LMo T1-1 is a molybdenum-bearing flux-cored wire formulated for joining dissimilar metals and for welding stainless steels containing molybdenum. It provides a strong, ductile, and corrosion-resistant weld deposit with added protection against pitting and crevice corrosion.

Applications:

E309LMo T1-1 is used for joining stainless steel to carbon steel, buffer layers, and overlay welding in chemical, petrochemical, and marine environments where chloride corrosion resistance is critical.

E 316 T1-1

INCI 316
AWS/SFA A5.22 E 316 T1-1

E316T1-1 is a flux-cored wire designed for welding Type 316 stainless steel. It contains molybdenum, which enhances crevice and pitting corrosion resistance, particularly in chloride-rich or marine environments. The wire provides a stable arc, smooth weld bead, and easy slag removal, ensuring consistent weld quality.

Applications:

E316T1-1 is used in the fabrication of chemical processing equipment, pulp and paper mills, heat exchangers, and marine structures, where superior corrosion and oxidation resistance are required under acidic or saline conditions.

INCI 316L

E 316 L T1-1

AWS/SFA A5.22 E 316 L T1-1

E316L T1-1 is a low-carbon version of E316T1-1, developed to minimize carbide precipitation during welding. It ensures excellent intergranular corrosion resistance, producing clean, smooth, and spatter-free welds with consistent mechanical performance.

Applications:

E316L T1-1 is ideal for welding Type 316L stainless steel and other low-carbon molybdenum-bearing austenitic grades used in chemical plants, marine applications, food processing equipment, and pharmaceutical vessels, ensuring long-term durability in corrosive and hygienic environments.
